Project at Royal College Of Art
Awarded a merit for the dual masters project (MA/ MSc) at the Royal College Of Art/ IMperial College. The Project proved that the paper structures produced a helmet which was 3 times safer that regular cycling helmets and 15% lighter as well. Inspired from the wood pecker, the structure is made of a dual density honey comb board filled with air to act as individual airbags during impact.
